Ingredients
Raspberries - 2 lb
Sugar -2.5 lbBoiled water 1 cup
Wine Yeast - a pinch
Cinnamon - 1 stick
rum - 1/4 cup
Preparation
Wash the raspberries well.
Take clean big glass or porcelain jar .
Put the raspberries into the jar and crush it well.
Add all the other ingredients to the crushed raspberries.
Cover the jar tightly with the lid. Store it, in a dark place .
Keep it like that for 1 week. After one week, start stirring it with wooden spoon, everyday for 21 days. On the 24th day, drain the clear wine and leave behind the sediment in the bottom. Add 1/4 cup of rum to it bottle it in colored glass bottles, this will help to retain the color of the wine. Keep it in a dark cool place for another week, then refrigerate it and serve chilled.
