Pazham varattiyathu



Ingredients:
Ripe plantains – 2
Sugar – 2tbsp
Coconut – 1/4 cup
Cardamom – 3 nos
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Ghee
Preparation:
Heat gheein a pan.Roast the grated coconut in it followed by sugar, cardamom and cumin seeds.
Cut the bananas into small pieces and add this into the mixture. Fry for 2-3 mins. Serve warm.
