Ingredients:
Cooked Basmati Rice - 1 cup
Shallots - 3 finely chopped
Jeera/Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Grama Masala - 1 tsp
Salt
Oil
Preparation:
Heat oil or ghee in a pan, add jeera seeds.When jeera splutters, add shallots and saute till they become golden brown. Add a salt to taste to it.
Then add the cooked rice and mix it well. Add garam masala to it and fluff it with a fork.Serve with curry or pickle.
Note: Its a quick lunch box special from leftover rice.
