Broccoli Worth Stalking


Ingredients:
Broccoli -1 bunch
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 3 cloves
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Bread crumbs - 1/3 cup
Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup (optional)

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425° F . Cut broccoli into pieces mix it up with olive oil,chopped garlic, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs. Spread the mixture in a shallow baking pan. Roast it for 10-15 minutes. Until broccoli is tender. Stir it once.

Transfer it to a serving plate and sprinkle on the cheese.

Note: Roasting takes away broccoli's bitterness.I didn't use any cheese on it.
