Ingredients:
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 2 cloves minced
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Bok choy - 2 bundle
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp (reduced sodium)
Salt
Ground pepper - 1tsp
Preparation:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped garlic and ginger and saute it for a minute.
Add bok choy and soy sauce cook 3 to 5 minutes, until greens are wilted and stalks are crisp-tender.
Season, to taste, with salt and black pepper.
