Mango-Yogurt Shake



Ingredients:
Mango - 1 ripe peeled and cut into pieces
Yogurt -1/2 cup
Sugar - 1Tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup 
Preparation:
Add the above ingredients in a blender for a little less than a minute.
Adjust the consistency of the smoothie according to the variety of mango used. 
Add more water and adjust sugar accordingly, for a thinner consistency.
Serve chilled.

  1. Mangoes are rich in iron. And for this reason, most doctors recommend this to those suffering from anemia and menopause. I am so craving for that mango smoothie, my friend. I'll prolly make one after posting this.
